Refund policy

Rew will only except returns brought through the official website and not from other suppliers of Rew. Proof of purchase from the official website will need to be included with your return for a full refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with a purchase from other websites or retail outlets selling Rew, you will need to contact them direct and follow their returns policy.

How to make a return

Returning a Rew very rarely happens, however simply fill in your returns form and send back your unwanted Rew/s with all packaging intact and by a signed for service.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the item purchased then simply specify the new product you require at the time of requesting your Returns number. The item will then be despatched to you on receipt of your return.
All exchanges will be subject to additional postage costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase.Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties..

Our Policy

All items should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags, labels and gift bags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a Returns number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
